Thinking of Renovating?

Here are some things to think about as you begin to plan your renovation:
1. What are you renovating? Exactly what problem or issue are you trying to fix?
2. Will your home support the new structures you are trying to put in place?
3. What absolutely needs to go? And what can you keep to save time/money?
4. What is your budget? Have you thought about decor after your reno is done and what that will cost?
5. Who will do the work? Have you got an experienced contractor in place and a written agreement/contract in place?
This is just the start -- there are so many things that go into planning and executing a renovation - successully.
